These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you", "your") and the MP777 platform operator ("MP777", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the MP777 website, mobile interface, gaming products, sports betting services and all associated features accessible at mp777.cam and related subdomains (collectively, the "Platform").

• You must not be listed on any applicable prohibited persons register, sanctions list or exclusion database maintained by regulatory authorities.
• You must not be registered as a self-excluded player on any self-exclusion scheme currently active on your account.
• You must not have previously had an account closed by MP777 for breach of these Terms, fraudulent activity or failure to complete KYC requirements.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to your jurisdiction.

MP777 reserves the right to verify eligibility at any time and to suspend or close accounts where eligibility cannot be confirmed. Age verification is mandatory and must be completed before any withdrawal is processed.

Each eligible user is permitted to register one (1) account only. Duplicate accounts — including accounts registered under different names, email addresses or device identities — are strictly prohibited and may result in the cancellation of all accounts, forfeiture of any balances and permanent restriction from the Platform.

Registration Requirements

• You must provide accurate, current and complete information during registration, including your legal name, date of birth, country of residence and a valid email address.
• You must create a secure, unique password for your account. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• You must notify MP777 immediately if you become aware of any unauthorised access to your account or any compromise of your login credentials.
• MP777 shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain account security.

MP777 may, at its discretion, decline to register an account without providing a reason. Account registration does not guarantee access to all Platform features, which may be subject to jurisdiction restrictions, KYC requirements or other eligibility conditions.

MP777 is required to carry out identity and age verification as part of its KYC and AML obligations. Verification is mandatory before any withdrawal request is processed and may be requested at any point during your use of the Platform.

Documents Typically Required

• Valid government-issued photo identity document (CNIC, passport or equivalent).
• Proof of address where required (recent utility bill or bank statement dated within the last three months).
• Selfie or liveness check as requested by the verification process.
• Payment method verification where applicable.
• Source of funds documentation for high-volume accounts as required by AML procedures.

MP777 reserves the right to withhold withdrawal processing until KYC verification is complete and satisfactory. Funds held pending verification remain subject to audit. Accounts where KYC cannot be completed may be closed and funds returned subject to applicable checks.

You agree to use the MP777 Platform solely for lawful, personal entertainment purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You acknowledge and agree that:

• You will not use any automated systems, bots, scripts or software to interact with the Platform in a manner not expressly permitted.
• You will not attempt to manipulate, interfere with or exploit any game, betting market, software or system on the Platform.
• You will access the Platform only through official and authorised interfaces and will not attempt to circumvent access controls or geographic restrictions.
• You will not use the Platform in any manner that is abusive, harassing, fraudulent, deceptive or likely to bring MP777 into disrepute.
• You accept that decisions made by the Platform's gaming systems, Random Number Generators and sports data providers are final, subject to the dispute resolution process in these Terms.

All deposits must be made through the payment methods available in the Platform's live cashier at the time of deposit. Available methods vary by jurisdiction, operator configuration and applicable regulations. The following are familiar Pakistan-context payment references only — none of these providers endorse gambling or guarantee availability: Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah.

• Deposits must originate from a payment method in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.

Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions and may be declined or delayed where any condition is not satisfied:

• Bonus funds and winnings derived from bonus play are subject to applicable wagering requirements before becoming eligible for withdrawal.

All promotional offers are governed by specific terms presented at the time of the offer in addition to these general Terms. Any bonus figure referenced on this Platform (for example, illustrative amounts in PKR) is clearly labelled as illustrative — actual eligibility and amounts depend on the current published promotion terms.

• Bonuses may only be claimed by eligible users who satisfy all conditions specified in the applicable promotion terms.
• Wagering requirements must be met in full before bonus-derived funds are eligible for withdrawal. The specific wagering multiplier, eligible games, time limits and minimum odds (where applicable) are stated in the individual promotion terms.

General Gaming Rules

• All game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generators or, in the case of live dealer games, live physical outcomes. Results are final once a game round is completed.
• RTP percentages displayed on the Platform are illustrative examples only and may vary by operator configuration and game version.
• In the event of a system failure or technical error during a game session, bets placed during the affected period may be voided and stakes returned at MP777's discretion.

Sports Betting Rules

• Facilitating third-party access to your account or permitting another person to use your account.
• Any form of chargebacks or fraudulent reversal of deposits.

All content on the MP777 Platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, text, graphics, game interfaces, software, data and all other materials — is the property of MP777 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property law.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, create derivative works from or otherwise exploit any part of the Platform or its content without the prior written consent of MP777.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, MP777 and its affiliates, officers, employees, agents and licensors shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform.
• Any losses arising from betting or gaming decisions made by you on the Platform.
• Any interruption, suspension or termination of service due to technical issues, maintenance, force majeure or regulatory action.
• Any delays in deposit processing or withdrawal release caused by third-party payment providers, banking intermediaries or compliance checks.
• Any reliance on information, odds or data displayed on the Platform that contains errors or is subject to late updating.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

MP777 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any account at any time and without prior notice where:

• There is reasonable suspicion of breach of these Terms, fraudulent activity or prohibited conduct.
• KYC verification cannot be completed or documents provided are deemed unsatisfactory.
• AML checks or source of funds reviews raise unresolved concerns.
• A user has been identified as a minor or has misrepresented their age during registration.
• A self-exclusion request has been activated by the user or by regulatory instruction.
• The user's jurisdiction is classified as a Restricted Territory and access is no longer permitted.

Where an account is closed without breach by the user, any verified balance remaining after applicable checks will be returned to the user via their verified payment method. MP777 will not return bonuses or bonus-derived winnings that have not met applicable wagering requirements.

MP777 reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, we will endeavour to provide reasonable notice by publishing the revised Terms on the Platform with an updated effective date. Continued use of the Platform following publication of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. If you do not agree to any revised Terms, you must discontinue use of the Platform and contact support to close your account.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the operator holds its gaming licence. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of that jurisdiction, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
